Thousands of Montrealers’ families are from Italy. Italian food, fashion, music and design is very important in Canadian history and culture. Italian Week in August is an annual celebration of Italian culture in Montreal. There are many events all over the city, but the focus is in Little Italy, which is centered on Saint Laurent Boulevard between St. Zotique Street and Jean-Talon Street. Some special free events:
